We guarantee that you will fall in love with our Breton Holiday Home! With a surface area of 160m2 and grounds of 3000m2 it is spacious and situated in a pleasant and quiet hamlet.
The Holiday Home was entirely renovated in 2013, designed and set up for your comfort.
This harmoniously decorated Holiday Home includes a hallway, a sitting room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, relaxation area, washroom and separate WC downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom equipped with a balneotherapy bathtub, a large bookshelf and WC.
Near to the coast and set in the beautiful Breton countryside, this is an ideal place to spend a dream holiday.
During your stay you could visit the island of Bréhat, the grounds of the Château de la Roche Jagu, Fort La Latte, the Marine Aquarium in Trégastel, the Abbey of Beauport, the Marine Museum and Mont St Michel is only 1 hour and 20 minutes' drive away.
For children there is Trégomeur Zoo, Armoripark, the 'Village Gaulois', the Brittany Planetarium, the Trieux steam train, the Miniature Port...
You will be able to take advantage of the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, yet close enough for easy access to the coast: the seaside resort of Binic which offers many summer activities is just 8km (5 miles) away.

- 3000m2 tree-lined grounds

A wonderful stay in Ty-Boem

We had a wonderful time in Ty-Boem. It is a very cosy gite, extremely well equiped and there is a beautiful garden around the house. It is a very quite place: we thoroughly enjoyed the silence and our walks through the pretty fields in the nearby area.

The cottage is beautifully renovated and everything has been thought of. The photos do not do it justice, it is lovely. The house and gardens are lovingly cared for and Eric could not have been more helpful or pleasant. The cottage is close to many places of interest and every restaurant we tried was good. Our dog loved wandering around the garden and had the weather obliged we too would have made good use of the lovely peaceful setting. We hope to be back soon. Thank you

Beautiful retreat for a holiday

The property was a delight to stay in. So clean and everything was well organised. We were met by Eric and there were some lovely welcoming gifts for us, which was a special touch. All the rooms were clean and perfect. We enjoyed viewing the locations around us and had some fabulous days out. The garden was peaceful and there wasn't any noise except for the tractors collecting up the bales of hay. We would return again in a few years. Thanks Eric for a perfect holiday.
